Enjoy - Although it's a side border tutorial for IncrediMail I'm sure you can make it into just a tag or something - what do you think - if it's too difficult I'll just try for tags or frames - just let me know.

As mentioned to Janet..
IF you download the supplies and see artworks that you know you have no permission for either ftu or ptu please do not use them but use art you can credit correctly.
